You may return unworn, unused shoes in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Return must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
How to Start a Return

- After Email Confirmation Via Email. Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest Aupost.
Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

If you used a gift card or store credit, the amount will be refunded as store credit.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? No problem!
